Soft salamis

Soft salamis are one of the very traditional meat products in our country. These salamis are suitable not only for direct consumption but also can be used for preparation of main courses and other meals. Most of these soft salamis are made form pork and beef.

Ham salami

Ham salami is the most classic one from this group. It is produced from selected pork meat. There are offered more variants of this salami. Smoked ham salami has characteristic taste from the smoking process and the special salami ham has a taste of the grape sugar and special mix of spices.

Poloturist salami

This salami is made from the combination of pork and beef meat flavored with garlic paste and spices.

Hot paprika salami

Also produced from pork and beef meat parts, contains garlic paste and mix of paprika. The characteristic hot taste is made by the hot paprika extract.
